Innovation Strategist
As a first generation student, I navigated through higher education to become the first doctoral degree holder in my family with the help of amazing mentors, generous hearts, and creative strategizing. Along the way, I have had the privilege of imparting the wisdom I have gleaned from my experiences to others as an instructor, mentor, strategist, and administrator for a number of organizations and institutions.

A gateway is an entrance to a space or path. Our mission is to help you move from waiting for the gate to open, to passing through it to cruise to your next destination.
Throughout my journey, others have come alongside me as I pioneered new paths for everyone connected to my story.
